Richard (Dick) Epps
I like to make the law work to help people. I always strive to deliver the highest value of personal service and advice to my clients in order to save people time and money, and avoid headaches and frustration - by making the law work for them and helping them plan well, for themselves and their families. I maintain multiple office locations around the Columbus area, although I often meet with clients at their homes or offices. And I always offer people a free initial consultation so that you can better understand how I might help.

Richard - or Dick, as friends and clients call him - takes a very pragmatic approach to the law, believing that it is a tool that if used correctly, can help protect people and improve the quality of their lives, now and in the future, for themselves and their loved ones. Dick enjoys solving - and preventing - problems for his clients and their families. He firmly believes that "a good attorney doesn't cost you money, a good attorney saves you money."
A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and Capital Law School, as well as a longtime resident of Upper Arlington, Dick has deep ties throughout the central Ohio area, and maintains multiple offices around Columbus for the convenience of clients throughout the Columbus and Franklin county, as well as surrounding counties.
Dick is very active in the community as a volunteer for the Ovarian Cancer Alliance. He is also a member of the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity, plays COSA softball and is a World Team tennis player.
